| TEHACHAPI MOUNTAIN PIPES & DRUMS |
Since 2004 TMP&D along with the Kern County Scottish Society
have sponsor the annual piping and drumming competition at the
Bakersfield Highland Games. The Competitions have and are
sanctioned by WUSPBA (Western United States Pipe Band
Association). Over the years the piping competition has grown from
a hand full of competitors to over 25 in 2007. In 2006 a Piping
Ensemble with a perpetual trophy was added. The Drumming
competition was added this year, 2007. Below are the results of
the competitions.
